Cancellation Policy
At Authentic You Studio, we value your time and appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. To avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee, please provide at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 12 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% fee of the service cost will be charged. If you do not show up for your appointment, the same 50% fee will be charged. Payment Information: A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file during your treatment period to secure your appointments and any applicable fees.
